Steven Malcolm’s music is already garnering high profile attention and delivering new fans for the hip-hop artist with the digital release of “Hot Boy (buy).” The high-energy music video for the song premiered on Rapzilla.com on Dec. 13, 2016 who nominated Malcolm in 2015 as Best New Artist. Produced by Jacob Henley (Glowing Moses Creative, IVAV) and filmed in Nashville, Tenn., the video showcases the versatile talent of Malcolm with his rhythmic raps and stylistic dance moves.

“Hot Boy” is available on all digital music outlets and has already garnered 16,000 streams in less than a month. At the same time, the single has already been picked up by ESPN as music for the NBA games. This is the first song to be released from Malcolm’s upcoming self-titled album that releases Feb. 17, 2017, with pre-advanced orders to begin Jan. 6, 2017. Malcolm will continue with a heavy touring schedule, starting this weekend when he heads to Israel for a week-long pilgrimage that was extended by the Israel Ministry Of Tourism. After a quick Christmas break, Malcolm will join the Winter Jam 2017 Tour Spectacular that launches Jan. 8 and runs through April 2, 2017. This will be the second run for Malcolm with the Winter Jam franchise, as he was featured on the 2016 Winter Jam Tour.
