‘O Lord You’re Beautiful’ – single

“O Lord You’re Beautiful” has been a staple in Mike Rathke’s live worship planning since the beginning of his journey in worship ministry. The song was originally written by the late Keith Green and has been covered by many artists over the years. What many do not realize is that the original version contains a total of four verses and two choruses. Upon hearing the additional content, Mike decided to add the third verse to the recording. To our knowledge, this verse has never been covered by anyone. On July 28 2019, Mike recorded the classic song at The Sound Emporium in Nashville. Upon returning to the hotel, the team was informed that they had unwittingly recorded “O Lord You’re Beautiful” on the 37th anniversary of Keith’s passing in a plane accident on July 28,1982.
