Adura Releases Debut Worship Single ‘Wait On You’

Rising Christian artist, Tyra Archie known by artist name, Adura, has released her highly anticipated debut worship single “Wait On You”.  This Houston-based indie artist houses a heart-felt and convicting sound that is sure to bring listeners into an intimate place of worship.  Adura wants listeners to be encouraged and inspired in their waiting season to know that God is orchestrating a plan specifically for them.

Adura loves the Lord with a fierce faith and felt the Lord leading her to write during a very dark time of her life. “Wait on You,” was written from a personal place of waiting.  It’s more than just a song for me-it’s a representation of my intense faith and commitment to the Lord.  I wanted to write a song that the church could sing to remind us that all things will work together for our good if we just wait on Him.”

Adura grew up in Lake Charles, LA and now leads as Co-Pastor alongside her husband Pastor Irik Archie at Life Change Church in Houston, TX and with over 15 years of singing worship, she also serves as Sr. Worship Leader. In 2022, after ten years of managing her own consulting firm, she decided to follow her passion and channel her time and effort into full-time ministry. She released “Life Worth Living,” in 2022.
