Family Movie Events announced today the upcoming theatrical release of “Our Church Thinks We’re Dating,” a fun-filled, family-friendly film produced by Tim Nolte, Jeff Rood, and Lindsay Sparks, starring Mark Christopher Lawrence (K-PAX), Carly Lepard (Big Sky), and Megan Alexander (Nashville). The movie is slated to hit theaters nationwide on October 29, 2024.

“Our Church Thinks We’re Dating” follows the story of Jess, the happily single daughter of a pastor, who convinces her friend Alex to fake a relationship after her dad sets her up on yet another blind date. But, as Alex meets the girl of his dreams, their pretend romance leads to a whirlwind of hilarious and heartwarming Christmas chaos with their families and friends.
