Additionally, Carr recently won Traditional Gospel Recorded Song of the Year for “I Believe God” at the 55th GMA Dove Award. The new project showcases Carr’s ability as a singer/songwriter and producer by introducing the world to various new artists she has collaborated with over her years spent in ministry. The project includes artists, Emoni Wilkins, Jericho Worship, Timothy Rogers, Ashley Charisse Mackey, JD Fomby, and a brand new unplugged version of her current single “You Carried Me.” Every track on the new project is written and produced by Jekalyn Carr and her father, Allen Carr.
