This isn’t just a “Super Good Feeling”—one of Christian rock’s most beloved bands is back, at least for one night.

Bleach has officially announced a long-awaited reunion show as part of the Furnace Fest 2025 lineup, hitting the stage on Saturday, October 4. For those who grew up screaming lyrics in sweaty youth group vans, this is the comeback moment we’ve all been praying for.

CCM Magazine reached out to the band for comment. As always, Bleach was prompt, encouraging, and deeply inspiring. Guitarist Milam Byers shared:

“We couldn’t be more excited for an exclusive reunion set at Furnace Fest this October. Chad Johnson has been a dear friend for many years and there’s no better place to run it back than with Furnace for our first festival appearance in almost 15 years.”

Furnace Fest, held annually in Birmingham, Alabama, has become a reunion ground for legendary alternative bands, and Bleach’s inclusion adds serious heat to an already blistering weekend. They’ll be joining a stacked lineup of groups that helped define the Christian alt scene—including Anberlin, Living Sacrifice, Zao, Norma Jean, and Emery.

While this all that has been announced, we’re hoping it’s just the beginning. Because let’s be honest—we need Bleach.

Only time will tell. But for now, mark your calendars, dig out that vintage tee, and get ready to sing your lungs out.

Bleach is back. See you in the pit.
