Since being a finalist in Season 8 of The Voice, Koryn Hawthorn has been on fire. She’s been nominated for and won awards all over the place and had a ton of chart/radio airplay and streaming success. She’s got a fabulous voice that she can push right to the edge yet still keep under control…which I love. While she has had most of her success in the “Gospel” genre outlets, it’s a mistake to label her as strictly a Gospel music artist. I present “Exhibit A”…this “How Great: Song Session” with Matt Maher is just outstanding and should appeal to fans of all Christian music genres….IMHO.
