CCM EXCLUSIVE Music Video Premiere: LZ7 ‘Amazing Grace’ Live

Following the success of their 2019 anthem filled album These Are The Days, and tour with Jason Derulo,  UK’shigh-energy CEDM/worship group LZ7 are back and gearing up to release a handful of live performances video for their recently released singles. Given that live concerts aren’t currently happening, LZ7 decided to put together all the elements of their tour including professional lighting and stage design to give fans the experience of a live performance from the safety of their homes. The fourth single featured in these live sessions will be the recently released single “Amazing Grace.” This track is full of the same athemic sound and positive message that fans have come to love from LZ7!

Fun fact about the video is the female member of LZ7 who sings the chorus is Stacey Skeete, who is the lead singer of the Kingdom Choir that sang at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s wedding.

“Amazing Grace” was written in the midst of lockdown #1 in the UK and dedicated to one of my best friends Dave Clark who unfortunately passed away mid lockdown. The emotive feel of such a classic is captured in the verses as we used this song as an outlet to celebrate the life of a legend that left a massive legacy with him. We have got one shot to make a difference in other people’s lives and this is the way Dave lived his life so well. I did a 24hr LZ7 set to raise money to help the fight against covid at an orphanage that finds families for kids in Kenya that  Dave Clark was heavily involved in. Enjoyed loud ‘Amazing Grace’ reminds us to squeeze every drop out of this life ready for the next and its thru’ Gods unending, amazing, boundless grace that we get to live this existence with Him rather than without.”  —Lindz
