EC: Through the years, we have heard story after story from fans during in-stores and other appearances share with us that they didn’t have the money to bring their family to concerts. So from the start, we were determined to make Winter Jam affordable to families, youth groups—anyone who wanted to come. If people aren’t able to pay $10, we want them to be able to come on in anyway.

The only thing I wish is that they would stop putting the same bands on every year. There are so many others that I would like to see personally. Such bands and artists like Disciple who hasn’t done the East coast, Seventh Day Slumber, Jaci Velasquez, Kevin Max, Mandisa, Manafest, Switchfoot, and it’s been a while since they had KJ-52 on the tour as well.
