Holiday Magic: Natalie Grant and Danny Gokey Kicked off their 9th Christmas Tour in VA 12-5-2024

The Celebrate Christmas Tour kicked off its 2024 run with an unforgettable evening at London Bridge Baptist Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia on December 5th. Natalie Grant and Danny Gokey set the stage for the season, delivering a show packed with holiday cheer, timeless music, and heartfelt worship.

Natalie Grant demonstrated why she is a five-time GMA Female Vocalist of the Year. Her powerhouse vocals on “Joy to the World and O Holy Night” filled the church with energy and reverence. Danny Gokey’s rich, soulful voice is a hallmark of his artistry, capable of both tender vulnerabilities, as in “Mary Did You Know,” and many powerful anthems. It’s no wonder he finished “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” was a personal favorite of the night. Together, their voices blended beautifully, creating fun moments with “Christmas Time is Here” and “The Christmas Song,” among others. See the full setlist below.

Beyond their amazing performances, Grant and Gokey’s genuine camaraderie and lighthearted interactions provided much entertainment and lots of laughs. Afterall, this is their 9th Christmas tour together. Throughout, they emphasized the joy and celebration of Christmas, exalting Jesus in a way that felt deeply personal and accessible to all.
