JunaNJoey are a brother/sister, singer/songwriter wholesome Country pop duo (think modern day Carpenters). The duo’s popularity exploded organically by posting covers on YouTube with a collective 5 million views. That attention has provided a steady stream of inquiries from YouTube stars offering collaborations including MattyBRaps, Jadyn Rylee and German star Sina-Drums. The offers keep pouring in from industry executives and major record labels alike. DreamWorksTV, Nickelodeon, America’s Got Talent, American Idol alum Cade Foehner, and many more collaborations. They recently posted a performance video of their performance of Mark Lowry‘s Christian music/Christmas classic, “Mary, Did You Know?”

CCM: Do you have a favorite song from the new album? Why?
J-N-J: “I AM SO OVER YOU” – written with one of Beyonce’s writers
CCM: What led you to pursue a career or ministry in music?
J-N-J: Juna saw the characters on the TV show Little Rascals and she started singing so our father got me singing lessons and my brother decided to join.
CCM: What are your hopes for the new project?
J-N-J: That it has an impact on our audience now and our new audience to come
CCM: If you could potentially tour with any other artist or band (that you haven’t already), who would you choose and why?
J-N-J: Florida Georgia Line and Dan and Shay because they are a duo like us
CCM: Name a song that you wish you’d written (and why).
J-N-J: “Mary, Did You Know”– The lyrics are so compelling and this song is truly the reason for the Season. This is why we wanted to cover this song.

CCM: How important is your faith or spirituality within your music?
J-N-J: Any chance to glorify God as its important to us. Our voice is to get out there to show love and acceptance.
