Seasoned singer/songwriter and worship leader Brad Alden has released the music video for his new worship song titled ‘Awake the Soul In Me’.  Recorded in Austin, TX, Alden penned the inspirational track with his wife Danielle Mowry and Tyler Ray Logan. When sitting down to write the song, the trio were discussing different things going on in the world, and their own lives, and looking to scripture for inspiration – they became consumed and passionate about the idea of God bringing new life, and a fresh wind to dry bones and dry spirits.

The track features special guests John Wilds (Bethel music & Calvary Christian Center worship leader) and Noel Robinson (Integrity music UK songwriter, & Artist).

The whole thing was God. My wife Danielle and I have been friends with John for a few years now, & he was set to lead a worship night at our new church home Coastline. We ended up recording this song live that night. My good friend Noel Robinson got involved because he was in town the same weekend as John’s set. Each artist were fans of each other’s work so a special synergy & excitement was already there, and once the song started God took over. When we got back the video footage of “Awake the Soul In Me” – we knew something special happened. We are incredibly excited to share this with everyone, and we pray this song will bless those who hear it. – Brad Alden
