Capitol Christian Music Group congratulates We The Kingdom for being nominated for two 2022 GMA Dove Awards—including their first nomination in the coveted Artist of the Year category, as well as Christmas/Special Event Album of the Year for their 2021 holiday project, A Family Christmas.

These nominations arrive just weeks after We The Kingdom announced its forthcoming sophomore album during a standout performance on the Fox & Friends Summer Concert Series. Due September 16 via Capitol Christian Music Group, the 13-track self-titled project not only features a genre-transcending blend of rock, country and Gospel, but also draws inspiration from music of decades past and present—effortlessly fusing a modern, sonic vibe with a nostalgia-driven style that could only come from a multi-generational band.

Transcending barriers that have already earned them GRAMMY nominations, Billboard accolades and more, We The Kingdom will bring this new music on the road just days after their sophomore album arrives—embarking on a 23-date headline tour, We The Kingdom LIVE with Cory Asbury, which kicks off on September 29 and includes an already SOLD-OUT show at Nashville’s famed Ryman Auditorium, where the group will be making their headline debut.
