Nashville, TN (August 13, 2019)
As genre lines begin to meld together, more and more producers are welcoming the sonic textures of high-energy EDM (Electronic Dance Music), taking advantage of an opportunity to break the CCM mold and push into industry territory that’s seemingly brand new for everyone….Everyone, that is, except for Christian EDM veterans Jesus Loves Electro.
For the past ten years, Norwegian EDM duo Jesus Loves Electro has been waiting for the American Christian music world to catch up to their groundbreaking, eclectic brand of Gospel-proud dance music. Now, they’re poised to make their Nashville debut on September 13th at Bethel World Outreach Church, two years after their U.S. debut.
Featuring the songwriting and production talents of Casper Cornelius Vasbotten and Ole Jose Norum, JLE has amassed a loyal following across the globe, headlining some of the biggest venues in Scandinavia, as well as being included on festival bills across Europe and South America. Their dynamic live show immerses crowds in a celebration of the Gospel, as stirring lyrics are paired with energetic, detail-driven electronic music to create what the band calls “a beautiful mess” of intimate and unfiltered praise. This unique concept—combining the engaging sound of EDM with a Gospel message—is custom-tailored to use the genre’s resonance within the contemporary culture to cultivate a young audience that’s excited about worship.

Drawing influence from artists like Swedish House Mafia, Kygo and Avicii, Jesus Loves Electro’s global success has made them the house veterans in a genre that’s only a decade old, arming them with valuable experience as they pioneer a renaissance in modern worship that’s quickly finding an American audience.
