Hey, friends! Wow. So the last couple of years have been a whirlwind, to say the least. A crazy, challenging, awesome whirlwind!

My first record, The River, resulted in blessings I could have never seen coming, and that’s completely because of all of you. Your response to The River has blown my mind, and it just makes me so happy that those songs have resonated with others the way they do with me. There is nothing like jamming-out on tour, and hearing all of you joining in!

And that’s why I’m totally stoked to be working on album number-two. Yep, it’s coming next spring—crazy, right?

Preparing for this next record is a challenge in its own right. For the last year-and-a-half, I’ve been super-busy, touring and traveling almost non-stop. Don’t get me wrong, I love it, but it makes it had to plan out what’s coming next. However, it’s alright, because I’m finding unique opportunities to find inspiration, write songs, and cut demos. We’re coming up with innovative ideas and trying new things. I think it’s going to make this album something special, and it’s already a process I know I’ll never forget.

That’s why I want to walk through this journey with you! I want to talk with you about the behind-the-scenes work that’s going into this album, because you’re all such an important part of my story and music. I’ll be documenting my experiences and sharing them here with CCM Magazine and calling it all, In The Making, so keep tuning in for exclusive updates.

I want this next album to feel bigger than life! In everything we’re working on, I’m asking, “What’s the next thing to get from record one to two, pushing the limit just far enough…?”
