Nashville-based Christian music group, Local Sound, has released its new single ‘More Than Halfway.’ After a two-year break, the band is back with a bang, showing how they and their music have been thriving alike.

Expanding from a trio to six members, Local Sound have been writing incredible songs geared specifically for use within the local church, starting with ‘More Than Halfway.’ The new single is based on the story of the prodigal son from Luke 15, simplifying what internally is often a complicated process of wandering far from God and trying to figure out how to get back home. Local Sound desire listeners to be reminded or maybe experience for the first time the thrill of a love from God that is underserved.
