Iconic Christian music singer/songwriter Michael W. Smith’s virtual concert Worship Around The World will air live on K-LOVE Radio tomorrow, April 18, 2020, in addition to Smith’s social channels.

Smith began leading Worship Around The World on March 22, 2020 through social media to millions of viewers, to help bring the world comfort during this time of uncertainty. Each week fans have faithfully tuned-in as Smith has led prayer and performed from his home and studio in TN. This week, for the first time he will be joined virtually by his entire band.

Also joining Smith will be his longtime background vocalist, Vanessa Campagna, who is featured on his current single “Waymaker.” The song has resonated strongly with fans and radio alike and is rising on the charts: currently #3 on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs Chart and #4 on the Billboard Christian Airplay Chart. Recently, Smith and Campagna released an Italian version of “Waymaker” as a tribute to Italy and to offer them hope through music.

This special Worship Around The World will give fans a small taste of Smith’s 35 Years Of Friends Tour, celebrating the 35th anniversary of his groundbreaking hit, ‘Friends’ and his 35 #1 songs. The tour, presented by Awakening Events, was so in demand this past fall, that 17 more dates were added throughout North America continuing in fall 2020.
