Caribbean gospel star Sherwin Gardner, who has enjoyed one of the biggest viral hits of the year with “Find Me Here (Blessings Find Me)” which has scored 1.6 billion TikTok views since January, has just dropped a new music video with two Christian music powerhouses. Gardner has joined with singer Jonathan Traylor and rapper Tedashii on “Praise (Lift Him Up),” an Afrobeat-inspired rendition of Elevation Worship’s recent No. 1 hit, “Praise.” The song is available on all digital music platforms.

The three-megawatt artists have a combined half a billion digital streams and add to accumulate more with this fun, festive remake of Elevation Worship’s “Praise” which spent nine weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Christian Airplay chart earlier this year. “Praise has been an anthem for me since the first day I heard it,” says the Barbados-based Gardner who’s been singing professionally since the age of five. “Connecting and collaborating with Jonathan and Tedashii has been an incredible blessing. Together, we have woven a vibrant tapestry of Afrobeat, Caribbean, hip hop, and gospel, creating a praise anthem that resonates with hope and joy. This song transcends boundaries, offering a familiar yet powerful experience that people can enjoy and find solace in, no matter where they are in the world.”

“We did that!,” says Tedashii who has collaborated with Lecrae, Crowder, and KB. “What an amazing song and I’m honored Sherwin asked me to be a part of it. His drive is the stuff of legends so of course the result is something this amazing. Sky’s the limit!”

“Working with Sherwin Gardener was truly an unexpected blessing,” says Traylor who is known for Christian radio hits such as “High Up” and “You Get the Glory.” The Dallas, TX-based artist adds, “I went out to the Islands to record the video not knowing that I would also gain new friends and family. Two words to describe the process of working with Sherwin Gardner are: EXCELLENT and FUN! From start to finish, everything was done in excellence. I had so much fun being with the team and seeing all the beauty of The Bahamas. I’m grateful for this partnership and I LOVE this song. I pray that it will bless the world and remind us that we have a reason to sing and dance!”
