TobyMac Drops Two Collabs with Rising Stars Forrest Frank & Josiah Queen

Josiah Queen, known for his heartfelt songwriting and massive TikTok presence, released a fresh take on the DC Talk classic Jesus Freak, featuring none other than TobyMac himself. In this country acoustic inspired version Toby chimes in with his signature raps in an understated by dynamic vibe. The track pays homage to Toby’s roots while breathing new life into a song that helped define Christian music in the ’90s.

Josiah shared on social media that Jesus Freak was “my favorite childhood song.” Much like For King & Country’s take on the Michael W Smith classic “Place in this World” this could introduce a whole new audience to the iconic track. “Dropping this was a dream come true  Special thank you to THE @tobymac for hopping on this one!!” The collaboration bridges decades of CCM and highlights how Toby’s influence continues to shape the genre’s future.
