Jenny & Tyler – ‘Christmas Stories’ album review

Husband and wife duo Jenny & Tyler have entered the Christmas music catalog with the aptly titled Christmas Stories (buy), a succinct set of eight holiday classics along with one original that sweetly sets the mood. Ben Shive’s smart production lends the album a classic feel (down to the lyrical Bing Crosby shout out on the original tune “Christmastime”), while the pair’s lovely vocal interplay work well on favorites like “Winter Wonderland” and “White Christmas.” Best of all is the burst of energy found on the British hymn, “The Maker Of The Sun And The Moon.”
