NEEDTOBREATHE is back with yet another outstanding musical offering with their latest album Out of Body. The band’s distinctive Southern Rock sound shines through with this eleven-track offering. Fear not, even with the departure of Bo Rinehart, big brother Bear Rinehart holds to the true sound the band has always carried with his lead vocals.
The seventh studio album and first release under the Elektra Records, has everything you would want and have come to expect from a NTB album. The song “Survival,” featuring Drew and Elli Holcomb, is the perfect prayer for the crazy times we are in at the moment. “Banks” is their out of the box style for a love song with lyrics “I want to hold you close but never hold you back / Just like the banks to a river / If you ever feel like you are not enough / I’m gonna break all your mirrors”
In this writer’s humble opinion, Out of Body is on par with one of my favorite albums The Outsiders also by NTB.
